Julie is the founder & CEO of Merit Incentives, a global engagement and rewards technology company headquartered in Dubai and operating with 7 offices across the MENA region, APAC and Europe. She is Forbes' top 20 Women Behind Middle Eastern Tech Brands in 2022 and co-founder of Women in Incentives Network. Julie serves on the IMA Board and is an active member of IMA Europe, IGCC and IESP. She is based between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Debbie is the founder & CEO of The Incentive Company, a company based in South Africa with a global reach specializing in improving people’s performance and engagement. Debbie has been an active member of IMA since 2010. She is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Carly Neubauer

Carly is the Chief Commercial Officer of Gratifii Group Ltd, an international loyalty, content and rewards ASX listed company. Co-founder and board member of the Women In Incentives Network, Carly is one of 12 industry professionals in Australia to obtain the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional accreditation. Compere and committee member of the Australian Loyalty Association, Carly interviews leading experts in the loyalty and incentive industry. She is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Johann Suchon

Johann is a general manager for Edenred in India and the Global Rewards Business Unit with teams based in Canada, Mexico, France, China, India and Singapore. Johann was initially based in China to develop and manage marketing solutions and rewards business locally. He moved to Singapore in 2014 to take a regional role within Edenred’s incentive and rewards business, developing the Global Rewards Business Unit and leading the digitalization of local Asian rewards activities. Johann is based in Singapore.

Patrick Samaha

Patrick is the Group CEO and co-founder of Omada Group, with companies like ArabClicks, the affiliate marketing network in the Middle East, Gecko; the native ad tech born out of Dubai catering worldwide and ink worldwide; a digital marketing agency focusing on growing businesses online. Patrick has over 25 years of experience leading advertising and communication for global media networks and brands, driving growth both in the MENA region and internationally. Before setting up Omada Group, Patrick held leadership positions at Sky News Arabia, Zee Entertainment, and Viacom’s Middle East office. He is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
