RPI Statement – The past few months have taken a toll on all of us, individually and as professionals, as we respond to fears around a global pandemic and the corresponding economic impact. Now, we are seeing a different kind of suffering, with a feeling of grief and anger felt by millions of Americans provoked by the killing of George Floyd and others perpetuated by the history of racism.

While we understand there is no single sustainable solution to inequality, racism and discrimination, we believe that “appreciation” founded on respect inspires inclusivity. It is part of our core to advance appreciation for others - for what they bring to work, how they add value, and most importantly for who they are.  Read Full Statement
