Amy has been recognized by Incentive Magazine as one of the top recognition professionals nationally, received an Excellence in Leadership Award from her organization, and the BRAVO recognition program at the Wexner Medical Center received the 2020 RPI Best Overall Recognition Program Award. Amy is a past recipient of the Recognition Champion Award in honor of Pam Sabin and a Past President of RPI. Amy currently sits on the Recognition Committee as a Best Practice Standards Awards Judge, and the RPI Advisory Committee.
