Incentive Professional (IP)

The IP designation recognizes your advanced expertise in the incentive industry and is the first step to achieving your CPIM certification. Individuals may earn their IP by passing the IP exam. The exam consists of 98 multiple-choice and essay questions. The IP exam is $150 for IMA members and $300 for nonmembers.

Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM)

The CPIM certification recognizes incentive professionals who demonstrate the leadership essential to succeed in the incentive industry. The CPIM application for new applicants and those renewing is $100 for IMA members and $250 for nonmembers. Achieving and maintaining the CPIM shows the individual has accepted the challenge to advance his or her knowledge of incentives.
