Christophe Laval - President & CEO Vision Performance Human Recognition (VPHR)

Christophe Laval, CRP, resides in Paris France and is the former HR Vice President at Schlumberger, Yoplait, and Compass Group and former CEO of France’s largest HR society Entreprise & Personnel. He is currently President of consultancy VPHR (Vision Performance Human Recognition). VPHR advices major organizations (French Post Office, GDF Suez, Clear Chanel, Medtronic, French Air Force…) for promoting a corporate culture based on recognition. Christophe Laval, author of the French-language book "A Plea for Recognition in the workplace", has just conducted a 2010 international survey to analyze and evaluate the various practices of employee recognition in France, USA, English Canada and Quebec.

Bob Nelson - President, Nelson Motivation Inc.

Dr. Bob Nelson is considered one of the leading authorities on employee recognition, motivation and engagement. He is president of Nelson Motivation Inc., a management training and consulting company based in San Diego that specializes in helping organizations improve their management practices, programs and systems. He is a co-founder of Recognition Professionals International and worked closely with Dr. Ken Blanchard (co-author of The One Minute Manager) for ten years. David Zinger, Author and founder of The Employee Engagement Network

David Zinger is a sought after educator, coach, author, and consultant who was recently named as the Top Influencer in Leadership by HR Examiner. He creates authentic workplace buzz and he also works with bees. David fuses a prairie presence with a global reach and this prairie influence includes a wide open view of engagement, a down-to-earth perspective on work, a connection to people and community, being on the same level with everyone else, and creating authentic results. He founded and hosts the 3000 member Employee Engagement Network. This community has produced 6 free co-created e-books on engagement, hundreds of forums, and over 1000 blog posts.
