2020 Conference Cancellation/Refund Request Form

If you must cancel your conference registration and do so before April 15, 2020, your conference registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 15, 2020. No-shows will not be refunded. Refund requests will be reviewed two to three weeks after the conference. Refund requests received after April 15, 2020 will NOT be reviewed.

Exhibitors

Cancellations made before April 15, 2020 will receive a refund of 50% of the exhibit fee. Cancellations must be made online. Refunds for exhibit space will not be given after April 15, 2020. Exhibitors who purchased a sponsorship will not receive a refund on the sponsorship.
