2007 Recognition Professionals International Conference Comments:

“I attend many conferences and speak at many as well. They are all “high-end” professional conferences. This one, RPI in Savannah, outshines them all. Professional, warm, valuable and fun! Love it!”

“I am truly impressed by the quality & organization of the conference. This is a professional & dedicated group.”

“The pace was balanced. Tremendous amount of information. Great value for the cost. Loved the coffee chats.”

“I will never miss a Recognition Professionals International conference. Last year was wonderful & this year was even better.”

The most important part of the conference:

“Everything! Speakers, workshops, the breakfast talks, the mingling.”

“Networking across industries. The Opportunity to hear great speakers was unparalleled.”

"The sharing and willingness of members to serve as resources after the conference. Measures and metrics will be of great value to my leadership team & executives."

Savannah, Georgia, April 29th—May 2nd employers from all industries, levels and departments including human resources, benefits, compensation and management professionals from around the world met to network with their peers and learn how to develop effective Employee Recognition systems that enhance employee engagement and performance.

The 2007 RPI 10TH Annual Conference featured Southwest Airlines Senior VP of Corporate Communications, Ginger Hardage; MetLife Auto & Home VP, Mike Convery; The Boeing Company Manager of Boeing Employee Recognition, Jacqueline Coulter; and renowned speakers Chester Elton, Bob Nelson, PH.D, and Linda Ellis. In addition to these dynamic industry leaders, attendees learned from educators and leaders from companies such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Verizon Wireless, United States Postal Service, Wells Fargo, Spectrum Health, and more.

The 2007 RPI 10TH Annual Conference offered—for the best price in the market today—the most comprehensive and relevant Employee Recognition professional development programs to improve your knowledge, skills and abilities.

RPI sponsors and/or exhibitors were in the spotlight with our featured top talent. Extensive networking, dedicated exhibit time on the event schedule and a variety of activities in the exhibit hall ensured booths were well visited and sponsorships had maximum visibility. It was the ideal environment in which to exhibit, demonstrate and sell. Each year the RPI (formerly NAER) Exhibit Space is limited to 30 booths specifically to give both exhibitors and attendees alike an intimate setting to interact, answer questions and provide concrete solutions. This year the booths filled quickly and waiting-lists grew long. Make sure to secure your Exhibitor booth and Sponsorship selections early for the 2008 RPI Conference. We will posting this information soon!
