Phillip is a best-selling author of Insperience and specializes in Employee Engagement, Purpose Excavation, Conflict Resolution, Change Management and much more. Phillip studied Communications and Public Relations at Libscomb University and currently lives just outside of Nashville, TN with his wife and four sons.
