Amy J. Hurley, LSW, CRP, is the Program Director for Faculty and Staff Recognition at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She and her team provide encouraging recognition tools to the 25,000+ faculty and staff and take pride in finding innovative solutions for encouraging their diverse population to use the tools regularly. She is on the Board of Directors for Recognition Professionals International.
