According the AON 2018 Global Employee Engagement Survey, “For the second year in a row the Rewards & Recognition dimension is the strongest driver of engagement. This year, “recognition for contributions (beyond pay and benefits)” was the key factor in putting Rewards & Recognition to the top, with “fair pay” providing a support role.”

Join RPI board member, CRP facilitator and recognition & culture thought leader Theresa Harkins as she takes you through the RPI 7 Best Practices ® so you can create an effective recognition strategy that drive employee retention, engagement, wellness and results-driven culture.
