Payment Policy: Registration payments are due by 13 July 2026. Payment must be made to receive your attendee badge at check-in. If you are paying by check or ACH and funds are not received by 13 July  2026, IMA will require credit card information on file until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice must be received via email by close of business on 26 June 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 26 June 2026 will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed after the Summit.
