Sales & Marketing Management to Publish Comprehensive Guide to Non-Cash Incentive Products

Excelsior, MN (July 13, 2021) – Sales & Marketing Management (SMM) media today announced the addition of a guide to its annual schedule of eight focus reports. Titled “The Ultimate Guide to Non-Cash Incentives,” the guide will focus on incentive merchandise, gift cards and experiences.
Slated to publish in late August, the guide will enable SMM’s entire universe of sales and marketing management subscribers to see the latest and greatest products and ideas for their end-of-year gifting, reward and recognition programs and loyalty initiatives. 

The guide also will be prominently positioned on SMM’s recently updated website ( and extensively promoted in its weekly Monitor newsletter. 

In addition to providing suppliers of non-cash incentives an opportunity to trumpet their brands with display advertising, they’ll be able to have their products and services featured in an editorial format of quarter-page increments enabling room for a photo and descriptive/promotional copy.  

According to publisher Mike Murrell, half-page (and larger) advertisers receive one quarter-page product promotion space for free. Advertisers can purchase additional quarter-page promotional spaces for $950. The guide is totally digital, but ad sizes are based on traditional print magazine sizes.  Additionally, marketers can submit product photos with descriptive copy to editor Paul Nolan for consideration to be included as an “Editor’s Choice” product selection based on uniqueness, creativeness and/or newness at no cost. The guide will also aid incentive users with evidence to help them sell their programs within their organizations by including the latest relevant research from the IMA (Incentive Marketing Association); IMRA (Incentive Manufacturers and Representatives Alliance); IGCC (Incentive Gift Card Association) and IRF (Incentive Research Foundation).

SMM will have a mockup of the guide at next month’s IMA Summit, August 8-11, in Ft. Lauderdale.
