Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) courses

Successful completion of this one-of-a-kind program is what will help you stand apart as a recognition professional who is equipped with the knowledge and ability to provide your organization with quality recognition programming.

Structuring Recognition Systems for Success (Pre-requisite for other CRP courses)
Participants receive a foundational understanding of recognition, learn why recognition is important, and take an in-depth look at the seven RPI Best Practice Standards.

Creating a Recognition Culture
This course focuses on the underpinning theories of motivation and appreciation, cultural consideration, landscape of the industry and recognition systems and trends.

Building a Recognition Blueprint 
This course provides baseline assessment tools, alignment between organizational strategy and recognition strategy, components of management responsibility, and common recognition measurements.

Designing and Implementing Recognition Programs 
This course brings together all information from the first three courses to equip the participant to design a recognition program, evaluate progress made toward the goals and make needed changes

Recognition Fundamentals (RF) course

This course will help you better understand the important role of employee recognition in an organization and includes a learning guide that you can use to immediately implement tools and strategies for creating a strong recognition culture. Read the full RF course description.

RF is perfect for:

What Onsite Training Includes

RPI will provide expert instruction by sending an experienced and certified facilitator to present all requested certification courses at a convenient location of your choice. Each person who is enrolling in a CRP course must be a member of RPI.

Travel costs

RPI provides the facilitator’s hotel and travel costs for most packages. However, the hosting company pays for the facilitator’s hotel and travel costs for courses:

  • With fewer than 11 participants
  • Scheduled less than three weeks from the date of application

Host company will provide:

  • Facility conducive for onsite training
  • LCD projector, screen, power strip
  • Laptop PC and slide changer for PowerPoint slides
  • Two flip chart stands with flip chart paper and markers

RPI will provide:

  • Instructor(s)
  • Instructor fees
  • Course manuals
  • Food and beverage reimbursement
