Best Practice - Judges Nominations Synopsis
Share |

2013 Judges Panel Members are asked to provide a brief synopsis and summary of opinion of the nominations.

The Mission of the RPI Best Practice Committee Members and that of the RPI Best Practice Judges is to select "Outstanding" Recognition Programs for the RPI Best Practice Awards. Based on an initial review, all of the nominees have very good programs, however your job is to discern which of these programs are "outstanding" based on the information submitted.

Please list your FIRST (1st) CHOICE OF THE ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS
(Please note, this program and the program that is your second choice would automatically be considered for "Best in Class" awards.)
Please list your SECOND (2nd) CHOICE OF THE ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS
(Please note, this program and the program that is your first choice would automatically be considered for "Best in Class" awards.)
Judges please ask yourself:

Does this company’s program contain significant documentation on the use of the informal and day-to-day recognition programs and measurement of those programs?
Is the data submitted for the program sufficient enough to evaluate the informal and day-to-day recognition programs?
Do you need more information and data? If so, specify.
All ineligible programs
What Recommendations would you give to the programs that currently appear ineligible for the RPI Best Practices Award that may improve their chances in the future?

Thank You, Business Partners
