Robbie Floyd is an industry veteran who has led the development and execution of hundreds of personal recognition efforts for category leaders across multiple business verticals.
Robbie joined Inspirus in 1997 as a sales representative. The following year, he was promoted to manager of the dealer division. In 2000, he was promoted to national sales manager, a position he held until his promotion in 2002 to Vice President of Sales.
Robbie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1998. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Recognition Professionals International and is a Certified Recognition Professional®.
Jeff Hughes has had an eventful ride since joining United in 1984. He is responsible for the overall creative design, implementation and execution of enterprise-wide employee recognition and rewards initiatives, programs and systems.
Having worked within several operating division throughout his career, Jeff brings a unique perspective to his current position. Previously at United, Jeff served guests onboard as both a North America and International Flight Attendant/Purser, facilitated and developed service quality training programs for the Onboard Service division, planned and orchestrated corporate events and experiences, supervised a team of call center professionals within the Worldwide Contact Center division, and created, designed and produced experiential leadership training programs for frontline Service Directors and Ramp Operations professionals within the Airport Operations, Cargo & United Express division.
In addition to a focus in customer service excellence, training and facilitation, program design and development, and recognition, rewards and event planning work, Jeff has also: hauled hay, cooked hamburgers at McDonald’s, milked cows, waited tables, owned an antique shop, tended bar, plowed fields, trained Boy Scouts as a high adventure ranger, taught gifted children, built snow caves, appraised fine art, volunteered in the community and never met a problem he couldn’t solve through creative thought and perseverance.
Jeff holds a BA in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and attended The Art Institute of Chicago with a MA in Art Education. In his spare time, he and his wife Penny are avid golfers, take vitamins and travel the world exploring new adventures.
The Miller Company
Brian Dodds joined The Miller Company in 1998, and has been a major part of The Miller Company’s tremendous growth over the past decade. Brian enjoys spending his work days helping TMC’s clients use recognition and reward systems to drive employee engagement. Brian has been involved with and attended RPI conference and events for 10 years. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors for Recognition Professionals International.
Brian is a Certified Recognition Professional, CRP trainer and was a member of the inaugural class of CRP with RPI. Brian is a graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Psychology and Classical Literature.
In his life away from work, Brian’s passion is helping the world’s 143 million orphans find homes. Brian and his wife, Christe believe family is what makes life worth living and currently have three amazing children, Hannah (15 adopted from China), Davis (9) and Naomi (6, adopted from China).
