Steve Baniecki is Manager of Compensation, Business Services Company for Exelon Corporation, one of the nation’s largest electric and gas utilities with approximately $19 billion in annual revenues. In his position as Manager of Compensation, Mr. Baniecki provides strategic leadership and support of compensation programs on a day-to-day basis for the Business Services Company (division of Exelon) and with broader Exelon-wide responsibilities. Responsibilities include design, implementation and management of programs within compensation, such as retention strategies, recognition awards, base salary, incentives, equity and executive compensation. Prior to joining Exelon, Mr. Baniecki held various positions for Marmon Group (Manufacturing and service companies) in both employee benefits and medical claims. Mr. Baniecki holds an MA in Social Science with a concentration in Industrial Relations from University of Chicago and a BA in Psychology from University of Illinois. He holds a CCP designation, is a member of WorldatWork and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).
