Diana Arbutina, Sr Director, Client Strategy

Diana Arbutina leads the strategy of employee engagement programs focused on employment branding, talent management, recognition and reward, surveys and employee communication. Diana is a thought leader and strategist in the employee, channel and consumer space.
Her core focus is on providing strategic consultation to internal teams and clients to help them assess and develop leading edge marketing programs. Since Diana’s start with Carlson Marketing in 2000, she has built and consulted with an extensive list of client’s that includes leading financial, pharmaceutical, and retail clients. Prior to joining Carlson Marketing Group, Diana was a consultant with Walker Information where she specialized in customer loyalty and related customer strategies. Diana worked with some of Canada’s largest technology clients. Diana holds a combined Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; Masters in International Relations from McMaster University, in addition to a Masters of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Diana combines formal education and business savvy to bring a unique skill to the strategic management group. She is currently a member of the Toronto Chapter of the Strategic Leadership Forum.
