2018 Conference Cancellation/Refund Request Form

If you must cancel your conference registration and do so before Friday, April 13, 2018, your conference registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after Friday, April 13, 2018. No-shows will not be refunded. Refund requests will be reviewed two to three weeks after the conference. Refund requests received after April 13, 2018 will NOT be reviewed.
