Since 1997, The National Association of Employee Recognition (NAER) has been dedicated to providing world-class leadership in the area of employee recognition. NAER continues to provide this leadership by conducting an annual Best Practices Award program. This program is designed to:
Each year, NAER selects one recognition program for the Best Overall Recognition Program award. Additional programs are awarded Best In Class based on the recognition criteria evaluated within the award program.
The Best Practices Award Program continues to seek an objective and expert evaluation of each award submission. This is achieved through a panel of judges comprised of independent recognition experts. NAER recognizes your expertise in the field of employee recognition and motivation and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating as a judge in the NAER 2007 Best Practices Award Program.
The responsibility of the judges is to evaluate each nomination based on predetermined standards and select the recipients for the Best Overall Recognition Program and Best In Class awards. NAER will announce the Best Practices awards in March 2007. The Best Practices awards will be presented at the NAER Annual Awards Dinner on May 1st at the 2007 Annual Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
