EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION Employee recognition is the application of a scientifically confirmed behavioral psychology principle: employee performance and retention are strongly linked to consistent, appropriate positive reinforcement of behaviors that promote the organization's goals. A recent study conducted by Northwestern University found there is a direct link between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction, and between customer satisfaction and improved financial performance.
ABOUT US Recognition Professionals International, formerly NAER, is an international non-profit association of employers existing to study, develop and promote systems that enhance employee engagement and performance through employee recognition. Research findings show that formal, informal and day-to-day recognition programs, when linked to the organizations values and goals, can create a culture of recognition that enhances employee engagement, performance and retention.
EDUCATION PROGRAMS Recognition Professionals International is the only association offering CERTIFIED RECOGNITION PROFESSIONAL, (CRP) curriculum. A crucial part of any professional’s growth and development is access to an educational environment that offers the appropriate knowledge and skill set. Recognition Professionals International has established performance standards and criteria for our emerging profession.
