Join us on October 15th for
Engineering Recognition to your Corporate Culture.
Below is a description of this Webinar.

This presentation will be based on the IMA Recognition Council’s white paper The Time for Employee Recognition and Rewards Is Now published in April 2009. Tom Miller, from The Miller Company and RPI immediate past president, will be highlighting major themes from that paper and include relevant information and data presented in the paper to support the themes.

In the past, you may have thought of incentives as just a way to motivate employees to reach goals or reward/recognize them for a job well done. That’s still true, but research now shows that Employee Recognition and Rewards programs help engage employees anytime, resulting in significant improvements in revenue and profits.

During this presentation you will hear why these employee engagement tools are even more important today especially in the face of the unprecedented global economic challenges that mark our current business climate.

Tom Miller, CRP, The Miller Company - Biography:

Tom is President and CEO of The Miller Company, a full service recognition and performance improvement agency.  Founded in 1992, the seventeen year history of The Miller Company reflects consistent year over year organic growth, sustained in large part by a client retention rate of 98%.  Growth has been accomplished through the addition of new services, new customer wins due to a high value proposition and the hiring of high caliber professionals.  Tom leads The Miller Company's passion for staying on the front edge of industry trends such as internal branding and the creation of recognition systems.  Tom has been an active member of RPI since 1997.
